Chose this company based on the google reviews here to clean a house after we moved out. I am a bit disappointed with the experience as they missed cleaning the toilet, carpet in wardrobe, range-hood and shower door - all of which was covered in the discussion prior to cleaning. However they did come back after being asked to finish their job. They then charged us and did an extra $100+gst for a 'mould treatment on a mirror" without calling us first about this extra service. They said the landlord asked for it to be done - we checked with the landlords and they did not ask for this but instead just for a window to be cleaned. What the heck. I regret paying for the service and should have just made time to do it myself. 2/5 in the end as they did come back to clean but the extra charge without consultation has left a really sour taste in my mouth.

Excellent service. Got in touch about an end of tenancy deep clean with oven and wall clean. They were available within two days and results were excellent. Will definitely be using again.
